Start the exercise taking a deep and relaxing breath. Next, contract the pubococcygeal muscles as if you are trying to stop the urine flow; hold the contraction for 5 seconds and then relax. Take rest for around 3 seconds and then again repeat the contraction process.

After a week of starting kegels, you can start holding the contraction for 10 seconds instead of 5 seconds. However, do so, only if you can; never push yourself beyond your ability. Doing this exercise 2 times on every alternate day should be enough to help you in getting rid of premature ejaculation. This exercises should never be performed every day, as it may end up damaging your pubococcygeal muscles.
